Warranty

High Rock Attachments liability for any defect with respect to accepted goods shall be limited to repairing the goods at our North Carolina location, repairing locally near your location, shipping parts, or replacing with a new attachment, as High Rock Attachments shall elect. Warranty obligation shall terminate twelve (12) months for standard attachments and (15) months for HD attachments, after the delivery of the implement to original purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to any machine or attachment which have been repaired or altered outside High Rock Attachments. It will be High Rock Attachments judgment, to affect its stability or reliability, nor which has been misuse, negligence or accident beyond the manufacturer recommended machine rated capacity. Warranty does not cover maintenance, service or adjustments.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper application, installation, adjustment or setup.
This warranty does not cover improper modifications of product.
This warranty is void if any components have been disassembled, i.e. pumps, gear boxes, motors.
This warranty will not cover replacement parts that have not been supplied by High Rock Attachments.

Buyer assumes all liability for all personal injury and property resulted from the handling, possession or use of the attachment by the buyer.
